Data Connectivity Analyst
Location

Bournemouth, UK

The candidate joining the group will be responsible for conducting data sourcing and analysis of new data feeds. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with 1-2 years of experience, detail orientated, organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Essential Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of MySQL, Python, and JIRA is a plus but not required
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Coordinating with internal workstreams to manage requirements of initial client onboarding
  • Acting as a liaison with banks, prime brokers, and OTC counterparties to establish necessary connections to source and process daily feeds to Hazeltree software:
    • Banks and Counterparties account balances and transactions files to Hazeltree
    • Wire payment files from Hazeltree to banks
  • Responsible for engaging with existing data providers to request new client accounts to be added to existing data feeds as well as setting up new accounts and feeds (including Margin summary and details files, Collaterals).
  • Technical analysis – ability to get into basic understanding of data structure, data file formats, and data transfer (SFTP, portal access)
  • Under the direction of a supervisor, coordinate and conduct monthly meetings with counterparties to improve data quality and discuss upcoming clients’ requirements
  • Decommissioning of old files and implementing new ones

Project Manager

The Project Manager will join the Client Services team, working directly with key clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the system; you will work closely with the technology team to ensure that the clients’ needs are met whilst taking into consideration each client’s specific business requirements.

The Project Manager will be joining Hazeltree at a very exciting time for the organization - you will be playing a key part in helping Hazeltree to achieve our ambitious growth goals.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with good analytical and interpersonal skills. He/she should possess an in-depth understanding of financial products and be a quick thinker with exceptional organizational skills. He/she should also be articulate, organized, patient, thorough, and able to deal with a variety of people.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage all aspects of the client onboarding process by following the Hazeltree implementation methodology, which includes understanding clients' current workflows and processes, capturing clients' requirements details, identifying product enhancements, and defining new procedures and workflows
  • Report progress and ensure the client is aware and up to speed on all project issues
  • Own the resolution of any client issues
  • Contribute to evolving the daily data validations and client report delivery processes.
  • Coordinate project resources internally and externally to ensure delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Monitor project budget and review project billing monthly
  • Assist clients with day-to-day post-implementation functions

Senior / Mid Level Software Engineer
Location

Bournemouth, UK

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior / Mid-level Software Engineer within a brand-new team at Hazeltree, working 3 days a week in our Bournemouth Office with the option of working the rest of the week from home. As a Senior / Mid-level Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Hazeltree's service-based application with the opportunity to work on all parts of the tech stack from their SQL Server database through their .net core service layer to their Angular UI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions, participate in code reviews and debugging, and enhance existing software systems.

You may be a good fit if you have:
  • 5+ years of commercial C# experience, working across .Net Framework / .Net Core (Ideally on products built with a Microservices / Service-based Architecture)
  • 5+ years of commercial experience working with MS SQL server / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle SQL, etc.
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and REST APIs.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong candidates may also have:
  • Experience with SPA Frameworks (Angular / React / Vue etc).Experience with HTML / CSS / SASS / LESS.

Senior Solutions Engineer
Location

New York, NY

The ideal candidate for this role should have 3+ years of experience in supporting production applications.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have technical and analytical skills, and have plenty of knowledge and experience in the Financial and Treasury Management industry. He/she should be a technical problem solver and a quick thinker with exceptional organizational skills. He/she should also be articulate, organized, patient, thorough, and able to deal with a variety of people, including client representatives and department leads.

Key responsibilities:
  • Daily health checks of environments, health monitoring
  • Communication with clients on timelines and ETA of task completions
  • Extract required information from these sources to make correct decisions about mapping accounts to different financial entities (PB/ISDA/Futures/etc.)
  • Deal with support issues via Zendesk
  • Maintaining knowledge base, transferring knowledge among team members
  • Issue troubleshooting with application
  • Communication with Development department
  • Submit bug reports from production environments
  • Establish the process of Dev team involvement with upgrades
  • Assist with the technical aspects of the implementation process, including:
    • Analyzing, manipulating, mapping, and loading data into SQL databases
