Business Analyst, Full-time New York

The success of ENSO is dependent on its understanding of our clients’ business and the translation of that understanding into the delivery of outstanding products that they need and use. The successful candidate will have proven experience analysing processes and defining solutions. They will become an expert in all aspects of ENSO’s services and across new and existing products on both a product and technical level.

5+ years Business Analyst experience and/or relevant experience in prime services or financial technology company

  • Business analysis – research file structures and contents, propose and document ingestion and parsing processes.
  • Review existing processes and calculations and document changes and issue resolutions.
  • Monitor data ingestion processes and anomaly detectors, act on identified issues.
  • Requirements gathering from clients and from internal stakeholders, documentation of use cases and workflows.
  • Prioritization and execution of tasks based on agreed business priorities.
  • Liaise closely with technology to analyse and explain business processes, and to define acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data owners to improve data quality and data operations.
  • To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Product Manager, Full-time New York

The success of ENSO is dependent on its understanding of our clients’ business and the translation of that understanding into the delivery of outstanding products that they need and use. The successful candidate will be experienced and confident in front of clients, have proven experience defining and justifying products, and then driving the delivery of these products. They will become an expert in all aspects of ENSO’s services and across new and existing products and relationships on both a product and technical level.

8+ years’ experience relevant experience in prime services or financial technology company

  • Requirements gathering from clients and from internal stakeholders, documentation of use cases and workflows.
  • Prioritization of requirements and tasks and maintenance of the product backlog.
  • Liaise closely with technology to explain/refine requirements, and to define acceptance criteria. Participate in scrum/sprint processes.
  • Work with project management, tech leads, and client services to create roll-out plans, to ensure internal readiness and external awareness.
  • Developing product packaging (naming, positioning, pricing, benefits/ROI model) which maximizes value and sales, ensuring x-asset and company alignment.
  • Compiling competitive analysis to inform product, marketing and sales.
  • Ensuring the solution is demonstrable using live or simulated environments.
  • To represent ENSO publicly to clients or as part of industry forums/events
  • To run working groups for customers/the product user community.
  • To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

QA/SDET Engineer, Temporary (Contract) New York

The QA/SDET Engineer position will contribute to the continued evolution of ENSO’s application suite. The individual will work closely with the ENSO Application development teams, the Product Management team, and the Client Experience teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions spanning multiple technology platforms.  The person will help deliver high quality software applications through the continuing development of automated tests as well as performing and leading manual tests. The individual must also possess strong intellectual curiosity and Is expected to learn about the specific business domain of ENSO’s application.

3-5 years of testing experience, 2+ years with automation

  • Hands-on Java / Javascript / Python Automation
  • Must be hands-on with Selenium-Webdriver/Selenide
  • Backend and webservices testing (Restful)- nice to have
  • Well versed with Testing Strategy
  • Agile Background (BDD, TDD)- nice to have
  • Extensive knowledge of Jira
  • CI Tools (Jenkins)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extend existing automation framework as well as create new one from scratch
  • Identify risks and interdependencies prior to releases to minimize impact on daily business operations
  • Isolate, replicate and report defects to the team
  • Own responsibilities for project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, financials, administrative and technical issues
  • Able to work non-standard office hours to meet critical maintenance and release schedules
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL or NoSQL DBs(SQL, Postgres)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems independently
